The Creighton District is an inner-city school district in Central Phoenix and the median household income is well below the average of $58,000 a year. The Creighton Community consists of over 95% of the students on free or reduced meals. Student population: 83% Hispanic, 3% refugees, 10% homeless.
The goal for Creighton Education Foundation
To allow Creighton youth ability to learn outside of the classroom setting. Travel to places where they may never be able to travel and learn. This provides the students with a chance to see what is out there and hopefully will cause them to set goals to achieve more. Empower students to be all that they can be through adventurous learning!
